with Four Seasons. The irrigation is connected to City Water. The dehumidifier in the room over garage is for the sole purpose of keeping
humidity around 45% for the many musical instruments located in there. Seller is a licensed real estate broker in NC. There is probably no
room for a pool due to lot coverage and the septic location. The garage was converted to living space in 2023 although the door is still
